If you are using a computer, you should be able to draw your signature in the signature box using your mouse and you must press the button on the ouse (left button on a Windows computer). If you are using a device with a touchscreen, such as a phone or pad, you can use your finger to draw your signature. Please try again. If it still does not work, there may be a problem with your web browser that prevents the signature box from displaying properly.
You can try these work around, one at a time, in your web browser to get the signature box to work:
- Turn off ad blocker and try again
- If there are browser extensions installed, turn them off and try again
- Turn on incognito mode and try again. See here for more info on this
- If none of above steps help, please use a different web browser
